The gnucash package in Debian switched in version 1:2.4.0-4 from GtkHTML to Webkit for HTML rendering. I assume are running a custom built binary that might still depend on libgtkhtml-3.8.so.15. This assumption is backed by the fact that in version 1:2.4.10-5 the package does not ship an executable binary 'gnucash-bin' anymore. Please double check your local system. In case you still believe this is still an error in Debian, please provide much more details about the exact binary that you are running.
