Bug#618780: Backuppc: Workaround for creating zip files

Hello there,

we just discovered this on debian stable, too.
The upstream bug mentions that "setCompressionLevel" triggers the bug.

So I just choose CompressionLevel 0 in backuppc's web interface and I got a 
working zip back.
