Package: fonts-droid Severity: wishlist Hi,
I have just read the following in debian/README.Debian: [...] - Removed all fonts other than the Droid font family (to be packaged separately) [...] Yes, exact. The other fonts should indeed get packaged separately, i.e. not all of them, but at least the roboto fonts. If you check out the current git tag android-4.1.1_r1, there are 10 roboto fonts in data/fonts that we currently just throw away. Regarding the README.Debian document itself: Since it describes the way to create the source tarball, it should get renamed to README.source. And furthermore, a step-by-step description formulated in plain English is nice, but to reproduce the creation of the tarball, a few lines of shell that do just the same would help better. - Fabian -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (901, 'testing'), (501, 'unstable'), (101, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-3-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=de_DE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
