The Homepage field points to http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/pcmcia/pcmcia.html which yields a 404. copyright also says:
It was downloaded from: http://kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/pcmcia/pcmcia.html
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/pcmcia/ exists, but doesn't list pcmciautils versions above 009. Furthermore, the link to the VCS repository (i.e. http://anonscm.debian.org/bzr/pkg-pcmciautils/debian) is also broken (it shows an empty directory).
