Building from source twice in a row results in changes to config/config.guess and config/config.sub appearing in the Debian diff. The attached patch removes the files that are copied from /usr/share/misc/. PS: Source format 3.0 (quilt) makes it easy to detect these problems; if you end up with a big 'debian-changes' patch, you know you didn't clean up properly. ;)
