Hello Arthur,

this behavior is'nt really nice. But this error has to be fixed
upstream. Can you please open a bug or search for a allready opened 
on the Mozilla bugtracker and provide the link to this here?

Maybe Mozilla will work more on this little improvements after the
announcement of stopping on working off big new implemenattions to
thunderbird.
