I already asked him back when he mailed debian-devel@ but I then got
the impression it was not fixeable before 2.6.14.  As stated before it
is great news to see it is in fact possible and I'll be happy to get
newer udev and libgphoto2 working together.

Of course I want things to just work for users and it will probably
mean to keep the hotplug support for some time.

I sent a [VAC] mail yesterday to debian-private@, I am moving and
