Summary: Hostinfo plugin incorrectly identifies domains

Initial Comment:
The hostinfo plugin currently uses a very simple regexp
to find the
domain to query using whois... It takes the last two
sections (eg.
foo.com out of www.foo.com) unless the TLD is in
.(au|uk|jp|nz).

Mail::SpamAssassin::Util::RegistrarBoundaries from
SpamAssassin 3.0X has
a more extensive (and correct) set of rules for doing this.

[Note: this is bug #287787 in Debian.]
