Package: leptonica-progs
Severity: wishlist

Hi. I noticed that there are a lot of useful programs in the prog/
subdirectory of the leptonica lib. It would be nice to include more of
those in the Debian package. I found flipdetect_reg.c particularly
useful which I used in a project, but I was forced to compile the whole
leptonica lib from source because Debian didn't have it and I couldn't
get the deb-src package to build with the autotools in wheezy.

I also noticed that Debian is handled differently in the leptonica lib
source (there is a Makefile.am.debian which includes only a few of the
progs). Is there a reason for this?

Thanks.
