On KDE this is happening due to lack of GTK3 theme support.

You might want to try installing 'kde-config-gtk-style'
and perhaps 'gtk3-engines-oxygen'.

Then you'll be able to choose GTK3 theme in 

  System Settings --> Application Appearance --> Gtk Configuration.

That's the only way I know how to fix it.
