that should be ok in this case...  This script

first builds the package build-depenedees of which need to be tested
against (e.g. cython in this case) and makes those binary pkgs available
in a tiny unsigned apt repository listing for which is generated by
dpkg-scanpackages.  That is where that is coming from I guess while
building picking that new (not in official archive) version of the
package.
