jftr, the patch should express a Dependency between mod_fcigd and mod_mime due to the use of AddHandler in the default config (see Depends magic marks in PACKAGING.gz). Additionally, it does not currently work with apache2 2.4.2-2 due to a2query not handling newly installed modules gracefully.
