I guess you are mainly concerned about the Qt dependencies of libcgal-dev, as
the Qt library itself is most probably installed anyway due to other 
dependencies.

I don't think it is a good idea to drop libcgal-demo. The demos and examples are
a valuable source of information. Even if we drop the demos, that doesn't mean
we can drop libCGAL_Qt4.so. *Within* CGAL it is only used for the demos. But
other software might use the library, too.

Maybe it is possible to split libCGAL_Qt4.so and the headers from the main
packages into separate packages. Need to check whether this is possible and
whether it's worth the effort.
