If I understood correctly, you are asking for an updated fglrx-driver package (12-6) in squeeze-backports? That will be wontfix, at least for now. AMD has dropped support for anything older than Radeon HD 5000 in the 12-6 beta release - so this driver is not going into backports unless we get fglrx-legacy-driver (which supports only Radeon HD 2000/3000/4000 series, currently in NEW) into backports first. And the -ia32 packages have been turned into transitional packages for good, I don't plan to revert this (for possible backports). > Because of split packages (32 bit) to multiarch it is not further easy to use > the unstable release. So please use the driver from sid (which will hopefully get into wheezy) and install the multiarch packages you need: apt-get install apt/wheezy dpkg/wheezy dpkg --add-architecture i386 apt-get update apt-get install libgl1-fglrx-glx:i386 Andreas -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
