This is added by vendor patch to rpm:

- this is Fedora only patch
- itself is marked as "temporary support for live-conversion"
- they plan to remove the patch in Fedora 19

Given we're now in freeze, I don't think this would be important enough
to gain freeze exception. And this patch would not make much sense for
future stable release (as it will be already gone from Fedora by that
time anyway).

IMHO better approach would be if mock could fake this dependency as it
is not doing live conversion and it should not matter.
