Hi, This morning when you sent your message i disabled bumblebee and nvidia, i rebooted and then i verified kernel.tainted. The value was 0. (ok)
But today, I suspended-to-ram the notebook and i resumed after 2 minutes. Now , almost 30 minutes later, iceweasel crashed 3 times, each time it crashes just a few seconds after the launch. I noticed this in the syslog: (time is italian time) : Aug 6 14:51:45 stan kernel: [37168.409654] NVRM: No NVIDIA graphics adapter found! Processing triggers for man-db ... and then apt-get autoremove now the "No NVIDIA graphics adapter found!" messages have stopped appearing. could the bbswitch module itself be the cause of those segfaults? note: i was connected via wireless when the problem appeared. browser is iceweasel 10.0.6 connected via Tor and using torbutton I had very similar segfaults recently (~ 1 or 2 weeks ago) with transmission- gtk. Also in that case it was a simple segfault (with "Segmentation Fault" in the xfce4-terminal) without any traces about that in the syslog. i've just rebooted now, uptime was 11 hours. After the reboot i tried to suspend-to-ram and there're no 'No NVIDIA' messages in the syslog this time.
