Due to a programming error, large (>128Kb) reads of a virtual CD-Rom connected to AHCI (virtual) controller are handled incorrectly, which leads to reading of garbage. Upstream discussion with: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.qemu/163543 with patch: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.qemu/163543/focus=163544 (there's another patch in this series which fixes a memory leak in ahci virtual device).
