thanks for testing, Kristian!

interestingly, when i view the same message via NNTP
(nntp://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.mozilla.enigmail.general) in icedove
10.0.6, with either enigmail 1.4.1 or 1.4.3, i *can* verify subordinate
(i.e. non-top-level) PGP/MIME signatures.

Testing further, if i just copy the message out of an IMAP folder and
into a subfolder of "Local Folders", when i view the copy in "Local
Folders", enigmail 1.4.1 and 1.4.3 are both able to verify the
subordinate PGP/MIME signature. So it seems to be an interaction
between IMAP specifically and PGP/MIME subordinate signatures.

is anyone else able to confirm (or reject) these results on some other
platform or version?
