Package: installation-reports
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I just finished the installation process (basic install and with encrypted
swap) with the Wheezy beta 1 (July14).

Two observations which I think is incorrect.
(1) At the end of the installer process, the screen message say something like
"..commenting out 'NETINST".

(2) If I open '/etc/apt/sources.list' in an editor after the very first reboot
we have two lines at the top:
    #   deb cdrom: [Debian GNU/Linux wheezy-DI-b1 "Wheezy" - Official Snapshot
i386 xfce+lxde-CD Binary-1 20120714-22:51]/ wheezy main

deb cdrom: [Debian GNU/Linux wheezy-DI-b1 "Wheezy" - Official Snapshot i386
xfce+lxde-CD Binary-1 20120714-22:51]/ wheezy main

(1) The CD really is as (2) indicates and not NETINST. Confirmed from the CD
and the '.disk/info file').

(2) Obviously what the installer tried to do in (1) never happened with the
second line.

The installation was done on HP laptop and was otherwise successful.
Cheers Bertil
