Package: dbconfig-common Version: 1.8.6 Severity: wishlist Hello Sean, There needs to be some system so that reconfiguring or reinstalling the package does not give you an error. With the current setup, if you install the package twice it will not work.
I actually consider this to be breach of section 6.2 of Debian policy, which states "This means that if it is run successfully, and then it is called again, it doesn't bomb out or cause any harm". However it is no big deal for me as long as there is some bypass. - Craig -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: alpha Kernel: Linux 2.6.10-1-generic Locale: LANG=en_AU, LC_CTYPE=en_AU (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages dbconfig-common depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.4.57 Debian configuration management sy ii pwgen 2.04-1 Automatic Password generation ii ucf 1.17 Update Configuration File: preserv -- debconf information excluded -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
