The dependency on xemacs21-nomule was blocking it; I removed that dependency.
The full set of binary packages is: aplus-fsf, aplus-fsf-doc, aplus-fsf-el,
aplus-fsf-dev and xfonts-kapl.

I am sorry, but I think we will have to decline this request. Per
Freeze Policy Rule 8[1], the limit is 20 days and your request seems to
have missed by a week.
Sorry,

Thanks for the update, Niels. It's a bummer it's not going to go, I had
a user ask about it, so there is some interest in seeing it in the next
release.
Can you confirm that xemacs21 is also NOT going to be restored for this
release? xemacs21 was removed because an RC bug (670292), aplus-fsf was
removed in turn because of its dependency on that, but I see that that
RC bug has been marked as Done in the last few days. If xemacs21 is to
be restored, I'd ask for reconsideration of aplus-fsf, since the only
reason it was removed was its dependency on the removed xemacs21 package.
