Hmmm. I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure that my RV730 Pro AGP Radeon HD 4600 Series is not "new hardware", especially since I can't make it work unless I install fglrx-legacy-driver.
I guessed that it may be "fixable" with the signature, since half of my bug was fixed by this, but it may be something else... I'm no expert, just an experienced user who can read through bugs report :) But the driver works and 3D and openGl and all is working.
