I can't find such a package in Debian proper. Neither in any of the releases, nor NEW, nor in the removal logs. I checked Ubuntu, and even there, libdbg is the name of the source, not the package (still no find in Debian, though). However, the Ubuntu changelog seems to suggest that the package may have been in Debian once, so perhaps I'm looking at the wrong thing here.
