Package: chktex

Hi.
Version 1.6.6 of chktex was released some time ago. The version in
unstable is 1.6.4. It would be nice to have the new version. The 1.6
series is a stable, no new features branch, while new development is
ongoing in the 1.7 branch (which would be nice to have in
experimental, for those that want to be guinea pigs---like me). :)
