Lol, this was the original purpose for svn-buildpackage, called
svn-devscripts those days. (however for a custom branch of Herbert Xu
packages and some others) But... while rewritting svn-inject to Perl,
that feature got lost and nobody asked for it explicitely in the last
months/years. svn-upgrade can still be used to do that if you set the
upsCurrentUrl and upsTagUrl to <...>/ubuntu and <...>/current and
specify the complete unpacked directories (dpkg-source -x ) as source.
Somewhen in the past there was a function that unpacked the .dsc
automaticaly but that got lost too. I think I will revive all that
functionality right now.
