Package: trafficserver
Version: 3.2.0-1
Severity: normal

If traffic server is not running (disabled in /etc/rc*.d) and the
purging of the cache fails for some reason (e.g. inconsistent
configuration), the package is left in half-installed state. I think it
would make more sense to just print the warning in that case and
continue.
