This is technically correct. However it does not solve all of the
problems. xml2rfc is just one of the affected packages. There are about
30 of which about 20 need sourceful uploads like xml2rfc needs. I am in
the process of collecting data on which packages are affected. Currently
I am waiting for data from the lintian lab. Once I have that data I can
prepare a mass-bug.
