WHen I granted you commit access for d-i, Daniel, you were also granted commit access for base-config and tasksel. See D-I i18n documentation, chapter 1, especially the part about "level 2" for details. I hereby suggest that you commit the updates for base-config and tasksel yourself.... Don't forget updating the debian/changelog files for both packages....including Closes: entries for the bugs you reported.
