I used this method not very elegant but it works
Add mint LMDE repository to my testing sources.list file. deb http://packages.linuxmint.com/ debian main upstream import backport And apt-get update apt-get install linuxmint-keyring apt-get install mint-flashplugin And cp /opt/mint-flashplugin-11/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins every things works well with Iceweasel.
