Package: collectd Version: 5.1.0-3 This patch covert collectd's patch system to quilt from dpatch, and convert it to format 3.
In this patch it fix an problem that if use --with-libperl=$value, while $value is a directory, it will treat this directory as the binary file of perl aka /usr/bin/perl. This patches also workaround ftbfs on Ubuntu with --with-libperl=/usr in debian/rules. I have no idea why the ubuntu's ld cannot find an lib in /usr/lib.
