Package: libglew-dev
Version: 1.7.0-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

This is just a package problem, however it lead to a difficult bug to
track.
My program was probably not linked to the right library at running
time. The end result was a segmentation fault the first time I ran into
'glGenBuffers'.
Noticing that both version 1.7 and 1.5 of libglew were installed and
removing the version 1.5 fixed the problem.

This is probably just a minor transition issue, but I thought I should at
least report it.
