Dear Maintainer,

while reporting bugs against wnpp with M-x debian-bug, it results in a
different set of questions than for normal packages, bug reports
against release.debian.org are treated like normal bugs instead of being
treated special like with reportbug.

If I try to file a bug against release.debian.org with M-x debian-bug,
it starts asking me for the bug severity...
