Due to the lack of feedback together with the weird output in this report (see
my previous comment), I consider this issue to be plainly wrong and IMHO it
should be closed as invalid.
We have addressed several such "test case servers still alive" problems since
the 7.13.2 release and I believe most of them are, if not fixed, at least
different in nature than the one this reporter saw.
