As reported by a fellow Tails developer, the mat package is a bit too bold in its use of the Python packages namespace, e.g. it installs /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/lib/__init__.py. This is not very nice, to say the least, and forces other users of the mat libraries to either use the quite opaque "import lib", or go the "import lib as mat" way, or whatever kind of circumlocution that should not be necessary. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
