The wording is confusing as it suggests fetchmail is not able to idle on multiple folders. It is not actually clearly written that this also implies that it does not support running idle on multiple accounts.
In case user does not want to change the config file, fetchmail just has to be started as many times as there is of accounts with a different --pidfile for each instances.
