I see many ls examples need to be updated since they now produce more like under C locale even under en_US.UTF-8. Also /dev/hda as HDD is almost not true for most system. So I will update document as how it behaves now. Please discuss how each command behave with the maintainer of pertinent packages. i am only documenting current situation.
