Package: gdm3
Version: 3.6.1-1
Severity: important

Hi,

After the machine has booted, select a user and enter a wrong password.

When trying to supply the correct password, GDM says that the user is
already logged in. Before clicking on the cancel button, switch to a TTY
and run ck-list-session, it indeed shows a session for the user. Click
the cancel button and the ck session goes away. But it's still not
possible to loggin.

Rebooting seems the only way to fix this, but it's not possible to
reboot using the menu in GDM, I had to use the reboot command as root.

Cheers

Laurent Bigonville
