Package: polypaudio Version: 0.7+20050805-2 Followup-For: Bug #328126 I'm not sure anymore that it has anything to do with dmix. Polypaudio dies sometimes even when there has been no sound from other sources, and sometimes when there has been, it's still alive. I guess it's just freaky, unexplainable death. Sorry that I don't have more information. I guess that makes this report extremely hard to act on.
