today I wanted to take a stab to get a package fixing #690142 into
wheezy and came across your attempt on mentors

which looks good from my POV, but it's hard to tell since the original
packaging is a bit messy.
Since I haven't seen a sponsoring request on -mentors I wonder whether
you are already looking to get this package into the archive? I cannot
upload myself either (only a DM), so there is no point for me to look
further if you are already working on it.
