We don't have anything against moving away from inetOrgPerson to debianPerson or similar, but somebody needs to sit down and write the LDAP schema, then write the patches for ud-ldap, then test that nothing breaks. The first two steps anybody can do, the third step probably requires access to core infrastructure so somebody in DSA would have to do it.
