Package: rubber
Version: 1.1+20100306-2
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Rubber seems to have lost the capability for reading some compiler
directives.
I have a file which has the directive:

% rubber: bibtex.path ~/Documents/bibliographies/

All I do is call Rubber within emacs and it should take the directives
as options. In earlier versions (not sure when this broke, but seems
related to bugs.debian.org/684228), rubber had no trouble finding the
appropriate directory where my bib file is located, but now it just
fails saying it can't find it.

Please consider looking at this bug. A lot of my documents are written
using this feature. This breakage causes me a great many headaches...

Cheers,

Andres
