Hi, I just cloned this bug originally filed against gnome-pkg-tools. The problem is that pbuilder applies a (possibly too) strict interpretation of policy when parsing control files that contain a blank line before the first non-empty paragraph. Thus build dependencies are not correctly detected, resulting in a build failure of >= 213 packages.
