The new version is kind of trivial to update to, uupdate should be enough, although the dependency need to be explicit against gnupg2 now.
I have a NMU (1.4.2-1.1) ready if you're okay with that.
I would also like to bundle the conversion scripts from contrib/ with
the package, and I wonder where they should go. Right now, I install
them like this in the rules file:
@install -m 0755 -v $(CURDIR)/contrib/fpm2pass.pl
$$(pwd)/debian/pass/usr/bin/fpm2pass
@install -m 0755 -v $(CURDIR)/contrib/keepassx2pass.py
$$(pwd)/debian/pass/usr/bin/keepassx2pass
@install -m 0755 -v $(CURDIR)/contrib/lastpass2pass.rb
$$(pwd)/debian/pass/usr/bin/lastpass2pass
... but maybe they should go in usr/share/doc/pass/examples? or
usr/share/pass/? Putting them in usr/bin of courses introduces lintian
warnings about missing manpages and requires at least a Suggest on
python/ruby (and perl?).
I have a separate NMU for this also (1.4.2-1.2).
