Hi,

rubber currently doesn't support the glossaries package out of the box.
This can be changed by installing the attached file to [0]. If this
change is applied to the package, the new module should also be
mentioned in the man page. For example:

        glossaries
                Process the document's indexes and nomenclatures
                with makeglossaries when needed.
