I think this could be the best way forward. The current situation leads to 
silent breakage, with no indication from apt whatsoever. And, the packages 
providing a working roundcube installation will be removed, and the 
transitional dependend packages are not working.

Having a clear cut, where one activily needs to make apt remove roundcube-
sqlite seems better to me. (Though obviously far from good.)
