In Ubuntu we already do:

  https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/view/Raring/view/AutoPkgTest/

(we started with this in the 12.04 cycle). That's how I noticed, and
today we have an "automated testing hackfest" where some of us catch
up with fixing all those red dots.

As for Debian, there was some discussion about running those on
http://jenkins.debian.net/ at some point:

http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/autopkgtest-devel/2012-November/000256.html

(and followups).

Martin
