In Ubuntu we already do: https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/view/Raring/view/AutoPkgTest/ (we started with this in the 12.04 cycle). That's how I noticed, and today we have an "automated testing hackfest" where some of us catch up with fixing all those red dots. As for Debian, there was some discussion about running those on http://jenkins.debian.net/ at some point: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/autopkgtest-devel/2012-November/000256.html (and followups).
