I don't know if this bug concern gmpc or gmpc-remote.
The man page of gmpc-remote says :
--show-view
Give GMPC the command to show itself.
But, when I launch the command, gmpc show a message in the status panel :
"Unknown command: 'show' " and does not show the window.
