Package: gdebi-kde Version: 0.8.7 Followup-For: Bug #694681 I've upgraded to sid recently, and realize that gdebi-kde version on sid is the same as testing, and the problem still exist.
Gdebi work just fine, but its annoying to always have to repeat clicking the install button. On the old gdebi, it ask for password, click install, and its installed. With this new package, using gdebi to install package is kind of time consuming. Better using dpkg -i then apt-get install the error package. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gdebi-kde depends on: ii gdebi-core 0.8.7 ii kde-runtime 4:4.8.4-2 ii kdebase-runtime 4:4.8.4-2 ii kdesudo 3.4.2.4-2 ii python 2.7.3-3 ii python-kde4 4:4.8.4-1 Versions of packages gdebi-kde recommends: ii shared-mime-info 1.0-1+b1 gdebi-kde suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
