I don't think this is in line with the freeze policy. I was going to add the debdiff to this unblock request, but I guess this says enough (diff between 1.0.3, currently in wheezy, and 1.1.1-1, in sid): 648 files changed, 71092 insertions(+), 23873 deletions(-) Based on your report, I think the only possibility is to remove altos from wheezy.
