Ah, that would be due to the changes in version 137, which now seem to
require lsb-release. So the quick fix would be to bump the recommends
to a Depends:.

However, as we have /etc/os-release in Wheezy now, I think it would be
better to prefer parsing that, fall back to lsb_release, and if
neither is present fail with a more appropriate error message. I'll
work on this now.
